If your card is lost, stolen or used by any other person or your PIN (Personal Identification Number) and/or Telephone Banking PIN (TPIN) code is disclosed to any other person, you must immediately notify us by calling our CitiPhone Hotline number at 6225 5225.

All new, renewal and replacement Citi Card sent via mail are deactivated.

From 1 April 2016, if you wish to have a free credit report, you may obtain it within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your Citi credit card via the credit bureau website listed below. In the event you are unable to do so, please bring your NRIC to the following credit bureau's registered office to obtain the report.

The free credit report does not apply to applicants of Citi secured cards, Citi Corporate Cards (Sole Corporate Liability), Citi Purchasing Card and Citi Travel Account.
The magnetic stripe on your credit or debit card contains sensitive payment card data. To protect your information, the magnetic stripe of your credit or debit card should not be swiped on Point-of-Sale readers or Electronic Cash Registers which is known as "double swiping".
Inserting or dipping a chip-enabled credit or debit card in a payment card terminal for payment is not considered as double swiping.

^You will receive cash back of 0.2% on all retail purchases, additional cash back of 7.8% on Private Commute and Petrol transactions worldwide and 5.8% on Dining and Groceries transactions worldwide, if you accumulate a total retail spend of S$800 or more in a statement month. The total cash back you can earn is capped at a combined S$80 across all retail spend per statement month. Please refer to FAQs for more information on cash back earned.
Only cash back of S$50 and above will be credited automatically to your statement. For amounts above S$50, cash back will only be credited in an integral multiple of S$10. For more details, refer to the Cardmember's Agreement.

To enjoy 17% fuel discount, Citi Cash Back Cardmembers have to present their physical card for payment and payment has to be made at Caltex service station indoor cashier counter. 20.88% savings at Esso includes a 5% Esso site discount, 5% Esso Smiles Card discount, 4% Citi Card discount and 8% cash back with Citi Cash Back Card (on nett purchase after Esso and Citi discounts).
