Use your Citi Credit Card(s) with greater confidence and peace of mind. We have a whole range of features to safeguard your Credit Card(s) against unauthorized transactions.
Activate the overseas usage feature on your Credit/ATM/Debit Card(s) to enjoy your global privileges. Please note that overseas usage de-activation for Credit Cards will only disable overseas ATM cash withdrawals and point-of-sale (POS) magnetic stripe transactions. POS EMV Chip transactions will not be disabled. To activate/de-activate, please refer to the channels below.
Receive an immediate SMS/email alert when a transaction on your Citi Credit Card is made. You can customize the default amount at which the alert is triggered, giving you better control over monitoring of your Citi Credit Card transactions.
For added security when making online purchases at participating 3D Secure merchants, you will be required to enter an OTP before the transaction is authorized.
All Citi Credit Cards are now EMV (Europay, Mastercard® and VISA) enabled. With the EMV chip, you can be assured of added security and protection against fraudulent activities when making purchases using your Citi Credit Card locally and overseas.
