1. S$5 instant rebate (“Fuel Rebate”) promotion is valid from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion”).
2. Payment must be charged to an eligible Citi Card with a minimum $100 gross fuel purchase in a single transaction to receive the Fuel Rebate.
3. Promotion is available at all participating Caltex service stations in Singapore and valid for indoor payment and CaltexGO in-app payment.
4. Eligible Citi Card of prevailing 17%/14% fuel discount shall be applied on total transaction amount after deduction of the Fuel Rebate.
5. Promotion is not valid for purchases made through Grab, Cabbie21 or Diesel programme discount or using Caltex StarCard or StarCash Card. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms or otherwise expressly authorized by Chevron, this Fuel Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other special barcode offer, discount, privileges or promotions
6. The gross fuel purchase amount shall be based on the prevailing fuel pump prices before any fuel rebate or discount at each participating Caltex service station
7. The Fuel Rebate is applicable to fuel purchases only. No discounts or rebates are accorded to other purchases, such as StarMart items.
8. Chevron reserves the right to run fuel purchase promotions and other discount programs (“Other Promotions”) from time to time at the Caltex service stations, where terms and conditions may not permit the Cardmembers to enjoy the Fuel Rebate in addition to the Other Promotions. The onus shall be on each Cardholder to determine the most advantageous way of achieving the highest level of discount for fuel purchases and other privileges and benefits during any such retail promotions.
9. In the event of any refund (in part or full) or cancelled transactions, Citibank and/or Caltex has the right to cancel the “promotion” offered.
10. Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
11. Citibank’s and Caltex’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
12. Citibank and Caltex reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
13. “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Caltex” refers to Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. A person who is not party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms.

6. The Fuel Discount is applicable to fuel purchases only. No discounts or rebates are accorded to other purchases, such as StarMart items.

All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Caltex.
12. Citibank and Caltex reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
13. “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Caltex” refers to Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd
