Eligibility criteria to apply for a Citi Supplementary Credit Card
- Age: 18 years and above for supplementary card applicants.
- Basic cardholder may choose to apply supplementary cards ONLY for his family members:

- - Children (including step-children and adopted children)
- - Son-in-law/Daughter-in-law
- - Parents-in-law
- - Brothers/Sisters (including step-brother/step-sister)

- - Fiance/Fiancee
- - Nieces/Nephews
- Supplementary Card Applicants must provide copies of the following supporting documents together with this application:
For Singaporeans and PRs:For Foreigners:- A copy of NRIC (both sides);
- If address on NRIC is different from address provided in this application, a copy of utility bill, bill for landline, or bank statement with applicant’s name and address.
- A copy of valid Passport;
- A copy of Employment Pass /Work permit with at least 6 months’ validity;
- A copy of utility bill, bill for landline, bank statement, government-issued correspondence, government-issued Identification Card with Singapore residential address and applicant’s name;
- Hotel/Hostel/Service apartment addresses are not acceptable.
- No supplementary are issued for Citi Clear Card and Citi Business Card.
- Supplementary Cards may be assigned a credit limit by the main cardmember.
- Enjoy a 1st year annual fee waiver on your supplementary cards. Thereafter, the annual fee is as below:

What is a Supplementary Card?
Supplementary credit cards, also known as add-on cards, allow primary credit card holders to get an additional credit card for their loved ones. Supplementary credit cards share the same credit limit as the primary credit card. Primary cardholders can even customise the monthly credit limit of the Citibank Supplementary Cards based on their preference.
How does a Supplementary Card work?
Most supplementary credit cards share the same rewards structure as that of the primary credit card. However, as the transactions on a supplementary card are usually consolidated and reflected in the primary cardholder's statement, the primary cardholder must bear the cost of the purchases.
What is the minimum and maximum credit limits I can assign to my supplementary card(s)?
The minimum credit limit you can assign to your supplementary card(s) is $1000. The maximum credit limit is the combined credit limit of your card account.
How does the monthly refresh of assigned credit limit for supplementary cards work?
Upon your card statement date, the available credit limit on the supplementary card(s) will be reset to the respective assigned credit limit regardless whether the previous month's bill has been paid, giving your loved ones a fresh spending limit each month. This is provided that the refreshing of the monthly credit limit does not exceed your available credit limit. Any outstanding payable on your supplementary cards will reduce the available combined credit limit of the card account.
Can I have different credit limits for different supplementary cards?
Yes, you can.
If my supplementary cardholder has 2 supplementary cards from me and I only assign a credit limit to one of them, will the new assigned credit limit apply to both the supplementary cards?
No. The assigned supplementary card credit limit will only apply to the supplementary card you specify in the application/assignment form.
Will the assigned supplementary card credit limit be affected if I have a permanent or temporary Credit limit adjustment?
If your new credit limit is higher than the assigned monthly credit limit for your supplementary card, the assigned monthly credit limit for your supplementary card will remain unchanged. If your new credit limit is lower than the assigned monthly credit limit for your supplementary card, the supplementary card credit limit will be reduced to your new credit limit.
