For existing customers, you can apply for a new Citi Credit Card via Citi Mobile^® App:

• 1. Launch 'Citibank SG' mobile application on your mobile.
• 2. Sign on with your User ID and Password.
• 3. Scroll down the main dashboard and tap on the '+ Grow your Relationship' button.
• 4. Tap on 'Credit Card'.
• 5. Select the Citi Credit Card you want to apply for.

You need to be at least 21 years old or above to apply for a Citi Credit Card. However, the minimum annual income criteria depends on the type of credit card and your residential status. The annual income requirement for foreign nationals is higher as compared to Singapore Citizens. You can check the eligibility criteria for your preferred Citi Credit Card at the respective credit card page.

You will require the following documents to apply for a Citi Credit Card:

If you are a Salaried Employee

A copy of your NRIC/passport.

Latest computerized pay slip or Income Tax Notice of Assessment

If you are Self Employed

A copy of your NRIC/passport.

Last 2 years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment.

If you are a Foreign National

A copy of your passport and work permit (with minimum 6 months validity).

A copy of utility/residential telephone/home broadband internet bill (excluding mobile phone bill) or bank statement with your name and address.

Income Tax Notice of Assessment and latest computerized pay slip.

Credit cards applied via Citibank Online would require a processing time of 6 working days. Please note that applications with missing documents or incomplete information may take longer to process.

Once you submit the Citi Credit Card online application form successfully, an auto-triggered email will be sent to you at the email address specified in the form. The email will contain a link that will let you check your application status.

No, activating the overseas usage feature on the Citi Mobile^® App will enable both overseas ATM cash withdrawals and Credit ATM/Debit/Credit Card/Ready Credit Card transactions. You will not be able to activate one and not the other.

Regular audits are conducted internally to uphold these standards. Citi Alerts notifies you of all the transactions =>$500 made through your Citi Credit Card account (you may lower this threshold at your discretion). Additionally, 3D Secure at participating merchants authenticates all purchases made online to prevent fraudulent misuse of your Citi Credit Card information. However, fraud prevention and the safety of your card information is a shared responsibility. Hence, it is important that you:

Travel and shop safely.

Check your account balance regularly.

Install the latest antivirus and anti-malware software version on your mobile phone or computer.

Avoid saving online banking login details on your browsers.

Do not open email attachments, install software or run programs from unknown sources.

Check and read the alerts/push notifications sent to you before proceeding to authenticate the transaction.

With Citi Credit Cards, you can be assured of utmost safety. We constantly update our website security systems to protect your privacy while transacting online. Sign in to your Citibank Online account using your username and password.

Select 'Services' -> 'My Profile'

Select 'Change ATM PIN' on the left

Authorize your action by using the QR scan on the Citi Mobile App and proceed to update your ATM PIN accordingly.

Log in to Citi Mobile^® App and tap on ‘Manage'

Select 'ATM Pin' and proceed to update your ATM Pin accordingly

You can now access your Citi Credit Card account with the new PIN. For safety reasons, we recommend that you change your Citi Credit Card PIN on a regular basis.

You can access your Citi Credit Card e-statement via Citi Mobile^® App or Citibank Online. Here’s how to do it:

Select 'View Electronic Statements' from the 'Quick Tasks' section on the right panel

Click 'proceed' on the confirmation page to download or view the statement.

However, in order to access your Citi Credit Card statement online, you need to enroll for our E-Statements service. Send an SMS 'Citiestmt' to 72484 (7CITI) for E-Statements or login to Citibank Online and enroll for E-Statement and E-Advices.

You may request for a review of your Citi Credit Card/ Citibank Ready Credit account(s) Credit Limit via the Citi Mobile^® App or Citibank Online

Citi Credit Card / Citibank Ready Credit account overlimit amount is specified in your statement of account and refers to the balance (including any unbilled balances) in excess of your Credit Card Combined credit limit / Ready Credit Credit Limit and must be paid immediately. The overlimit amount is in addition to the minimum payment amount. An Overlimit Fee may be applicable.

Late fee is incurred when the minimum payment due on your Citi Credit Card / Citibank Ready Credit account is not paid by the Payment due date. Please refer to your Cardmember Agreement for more details.

If payment to your Citi Credit Card outstanding balance is not made in full by the Payment Due Date, fees and charges may be applicable.

Log in the Citi Mobile^® App, click on 'Payments & Transfers' and select 'Manage Payments', followed by 'Recurring Credit Card Payments'.

Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) is a service offered by certain overseas merchants, online retailers, and selected ATMs. It allows you to convert your purchase amount or withdrawal from a foreign currency to the currency of your credit card account at the point of transaction. The process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or DCC service provider. Citi do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via DCC and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done.

The DCC transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA/MasterCard international on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA/MasterCard international transaction.

Track your payments anytime and anywhere using the Citi Mobile^® App or Citibank Online.

For payment(s) made via the AXS station to Citibank Singapore Limited, please allow at least 2 working days for the payment(s) to be reflected in your Citi Credit Card account. Please be informed that we can only process payments when we receive them from AXS. We advise all cardmembers who use this method of payment to ensure sufficient lead time to avoid incurring any late fees and charges.

If your Citi Credit Card is lost or damaged, you can request for a replacement card via the Citi Mobile^® App or Citibank Online. The fastest way to report a lost card and request for a replacement is via the Citi Mobile^® App:

Download the Citi Mobile^® App & log in with your Citibank Online username and password.

Tap on ‘Manage’ at top right -> ‘Report lost/stolen/damage card’ and then follow the steps to block your card and request a new card.

Once you have completed the above, your lost/stolen Citi Credit Card will be permanently blocked. Your replacement Citi Credit Card and corresponding PIN will be sent to the address you have registered with us.

Please note that you will not be able to report a lost/damaged card using the Citi Mobile^® App if you don’t have a Citibank Online Account. In that case, you can call the 24/7 CitiPhone banking number +65 6225 5225 and report the lost card and request a replacement.

In case your Citi Credit Card is lost or stolen you can block/deactivate it immediately using the Citi Mobile^® App or by sending an SMS. Here’s how to do it:

Login and tap on ‘Manage’ at top right -> ‘Report lost/stolen/damage card’ and then follow the steps to block your card and request a new card. Once you have completed the above, your lost/stolen card will be permanently blocked.

Via SMS

SMS DEACT <space><Last four digits of your card number> to 72484. If you are overseas, please SMS to +65 9657 2484 instead. Once you send the SMS your Citi Credit Card will be blocked immediately.

For Citi Rewards Card, Citi Platinum Card, Citi Clear Platinum Card and Citi Business Card: Points are valid for a period of 60 months from your card approval date.

For Citi SMRT Card, Citi Clear Card, Citi Corporate Card (Personal Liability) and Citi Corporate Card (Joint & Several / Cardmember Liability): SMRT$ / Points are valid for a period of 12 months from your card approval date.

For Citi Ultima Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi M1 Card: Points / Miles / Citi M1 Rebate do not expire.
