Push notifications for Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit Payment Due Alert
At Citi, we are constantly exploring ways to make banking more secure and better protect your privacy.
For enhanced security, your Citi Credit Card and/or Citibank Ready Credit Payment Due Alert will be sent via push notification delivered through the Citi Mobile® App. Starting from February 2022, we will no longer send the Payment Due Alert via SMS.
What will happen next?
Starting from February 2022, we will send your Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit Payment Due Alert via push notification through the Citi Mobile® App. We will no longer send the Payment Due Alert via SMS after February 2022.
If you would like to view or set up your push notification now, you may do so via the Citi Mobile® App. Do not disable your Push Notification settings if you wish to receive the Payment Due Alert.
Set up your push notification via the Citi Mobile® App in just a few taps
Log in to the Citi Mobile® App.
Select Profile & Settings icon on the left.
Tap security & app on Profile and Settings page.
Tap Alerts and notifications.
Tap to enable Push Notification.
Your Push Notifications are turned on successfully.

on your electronic statements via the Citi Mobile® App before making payment.

While the Credit Card/Ready Credit payment alert is a reminder for you to pay your Citi Credit Card/Citibank Ready Credit bill, it is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time so you do not incur late fee penalty.
