Discontinuation of Cash Deposits and Cash Payments by Non–Account Holders

From 29 April 2024, Cash Deposit and Cash Payments by Non-Account holders will be discontinued at our Branches and Wealth Centres. We continue to offer you easy and convenient digital options to manage your everyday banking needs seamlessly, using Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online.

Closure of Singtel ComCentre ATM

Effective 19 April 2024, Singtel ComCentre ATM will be permanently closed.

Relocation of Parkway Parade Citigold Centre

Effective 18 December 2023, Parkway Parade Citigold Centre will be relocated to unit #22-03 to 07, and renamed as “Citi Wealth Centre, Parkway Parade”. The existing Citigold Centre will be closed on 16 December 2023 and will be reopened at the new location on 18 December 2023.

Relocation of Parkway Parade Cash Deposit Machines (CDM)

Effective 18 December 2023, Parkway Parade CDMs will be relocated within the mall to unit #01-K40. The new location will continue to offer the same level and accessibility and security. We look forward to serving you at our new CDM location.

Closure of Parkway Parade Branch

Effective 16 December 2023, Parkway Parade Branch will be permanently closed. The branch’s last day of operations will be 15 December 2023. Cash Deposit Machines will remain operational within the mall and will be relocated to #01-K40 (Entrance along Marine Parade Central)

Changes in available services on Citi ATMs:

Effective 12 July 2023 we will be embarking on a refresh of our fleet of ATMs island-wide. The changes will take place progressively and we expect to complete the refresh exercise by June 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The following services will not be available on our new ATMs:

  1. a) Fund Transfers to other 3rd party Citibank accounts and other banks
  2. b) Pay My Bills (using Foreign Currency source account)
  3. c) Cash Deposits to Foreign Currency Accounts
  4. d) Account Statement Request
